Subtype-specific mutational landscapes in core-binding factor AML identify recurrent ZBTB7A alterations in t(8;21) AML

This study investigates subtype-specific mutational profiles in core-binding factor acute myeloid leukemia (CBF-AML) using whole-exome sequencing. The dataset includes 16 patients with CBF-AML, comprising 11 patients with t(8;21) and 5 patients with inv(16). The study also evaluates recurrent ZBTB7A alterations in t(8;21) AML.
