Whole exome sequence analysis in sporadic amyotrophic lateral sclerosis

To identify a susceptible gene for amyotrophic lateral sclerosis, exome sequence analysis was conducted in patients with amyotrophic lateral sclerosis and control subjects to perform whole genome association studies. In this data set, exome sequencing data of 11 patients with amyotrophic lateral sclerosis was included.
