Whole-exome sequencing of pediatric solid tumors

Pediatric solid tumors are rare, whose pathogenesis is poorly understood. To investigate the genetic basis of pediatric solid tumors, we performed whole exome sequencing in 16 rhabdmyosarcoma (RMS) cases and 7 pleuropulmonary blastoma (PPB) cases.
