Multi-omics analysis of chronic active EBV infection.

Here we performed a comprehensive multi-omics analysis (genome, transcriptome, epigenome, and single-cell transcriptome and surface proteome) to elucidate the pathogenesis of CAEBV. Our multi-omics approach highlighted the complex interplay between genetic and epigenetic factors in the pathogenesis of CAEBV and suggest novel avenues for therapeutic strategies.
