Spatial gene expression analysis of the tumor cells and their microenvironments at the pioneering-round of the metastasis.

To analysis the metastatic process of invasive ductal carcinoma of the breast, we performed in situ gene expression analyses of the primary tumor, metastatic lympho node, and tumor-draining lympho node. To characterize the tumor, we also conducted multiomics analyses of normal breast tissue derived from the same patient.
