Development of actionable molecular targets and/or biomarkers for prognostication and patient stratification in gynecological cancer based on whole-exome sequencing and epigenomic analysis

We collected 157 oral MPA-treatment samples from 66 cases (53 endometrial hyperplasia from 31 cases, 19 atypical polypoid adenomyoma from 14 cases, 1 normal endometrium from 1 case, and 84 endometrial carcinoma from 53 cases) and matched normal tissues/whole blood. The purpose of this study is to develop actionable molecular targets and/or biomarkers for prognostication and patient stratification.
