Target bisulfite sequencing of uterine cervical cancer

We performed targeted bisulfite sequencing of the HLA-A promoter region in cervical tissue samples to investigate DNA methylation patterns that regulate immune recognition and antigen presentation, which may influence viral immune surveillance and malignant transformation in cervical pathology.
