NHLBI TOPMed - NHGRI CCDG: Penn Medicine BioBank Early Onset Atrial Fibrillation Study

Cases with early-onset atrial fibrillation were selected from the Penn Biobank based on an age of atrial fibrillation onset prior to 61 years of age, and in the absence of a myocardial infarction, heart failure or severe valvular disease.
