Investigation of Human DNA Replication Timing Variation by Whole Genome Sequencing

To study inter-individual variation in human DNA replication timing, we performed whole-genome sequencing of human pluripotent stem cell lines. This data was used to infer replication timing and link them to genetic polymorphisms.
