Genomic Analysis of Metastatic Brain Cancer

This study contains targeted exome and transcriptome sequencing of metastatic brain tumors from 68 patients. Sequencing data includes i) targeted Tempus xT exome sequencing from matched tumor/normal from 68 patients, and ii) whole-transcriptome RNA sequencing from a subset of 65 patients.
