Transcriptomic Profiling of Bulk Tissue and Laser-Capture Microdissected Neurons of Postmortem Human Brains in the Superior Temporal Gyrus

We performed RNA-Seq on bulk tissue and laser-capture microdissected (LCM) neurons from 59 postmortem human brains in the superior temporal gyrus (STG) to investigate Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)-associated transcriptomic changes. We examined post-mortem brain tissue from 27 subjects with ASD and 32 neuro-typical controls. Raw RNA-Seq data in FASTQ format are provided.
