Single-Cell RNA-Sequencing of Bone Marrow and Circulating Tumor Cells from Patients with Multiple Myeloma and its Precursor Conditions

We performed single-cell RNA and V(D)J-sequencing of tumor cells from bone marrow and peripheral blood specimens and patients with Monoclonal Gammopathy of Undetermined Significance (MGUS), Smoldering Multiple Myeloma (SMM), and Multiple Myeloma (MM), as well as healthy donors. In this study we aimed to shed light on the mechanisms underlying tumor cell circulatory capacity and dissemination.
