Genomic Characterization of HPV+ Oropharyngeal Tumors

Archived surgical samples from HPV positive oropharynx patients were identified and sequenced through the UNC/UTHSC NCTN Integrated Translational Science Center. DNA targeted panel sequencing data will be available through dbGaP.
