Data access policy for Lijian Hui lab

In response to the request for access to the sequencing data obtained by Professor Lijian Hui’s Lab in SIBS, CAS, Lijian Hui and the applicant agree as follows:The applicant agrees that it shall take all reasonable security precautions to keep the data confidential.The applicants agree that the genomic data they received can only be used by the applicants themselves.The applicant agrees to use these genomic data only for the academic research.The applicant agrees to acknowledge in any work based in whole or part on the genomic data generated in Lijian Hui’s lab, the published paper from which the genomic data derive.The applicant understands that all the genomic data is protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights, such that duplication or sale of all of or part of the Data on any media is not permitted under any circumstances, except with the prior written consent of Lijian Hui.The applicant accepts that genomic data will be reissued from time to time, with suitable versioning. If any data is reissued at the request of sample donors and/or as the result of other ethical scrutiny, the applicant agrees to destroy all earlier versions of the Data.
