The studies that want to use the RNAseq data need to apply for the approval of the Hospital Clinic of Barcelona Institutional Review Board describing the study that want to perform with these data. The DAC main contact will provide the documents and details need about this application.

Studies are experimental investigations of a particular phenomenon, e.g., case-control studies on a particular trait or cancer research projects reporting matching cancer normal genomes from patients.
