This data was collected with informed consent from the participants of the study, and with ethical approval of the University of Cape Town Human Research Ethics Committee. Requests for access to the deidentified data may be directed to the principal investigator, Associate Professor Alison September. Requests will be considered subject to collaborators obtaining appropriate ethical approval for the use of the data, and subject to the applicable laws and regulations of South Africa.

Studies are experimental investigations of a particular phenomenon, e.g., case-control studies on a particular trait or cancer research projects reporting matching cancer normal genomes from patients.
