DESIGN-NKI RNA-seq

RNA-Seq data of 36 HPV-negative HNSCC specimens from patients treated at The Netherlands Cancer Institute, Amsterdam. HNSCC biopsy samples obtained prior to treatment (chemo-radiotherapy) were used for polyA mRNA sequencing.

DESIGN-NKI Policy

To request access to this dataset, please contact the Data Access Committee HNSCC_DAC_DESIGN. Data Access Requests for this dataset should include the following information: - Recipient and Recipient Institution - Details of dataset requested, i.e. EGA Study and EGA Dataset Accession Number(s) - Study objective and brief abstract of the project in which the data will be used (500 words) - List of individuals who will be allowed access to the requested datasets by the Recipient and/or Recipient Institution - Policy name (DESIGN-NKI) assigned to this dataset Data Access Request for this dataset will be reviewed by the Data Access Committee HNSCC_DAC_DESIGN. After receipt and review by the Data Access Committee, a Data Transfer Agreement will have to be completed, signed and returned to the HNSCC_DAC_DESIGN Data Access Committee, prior to being granted access to the requested dataset(s). For the avoidance of doubt, the HNSCC_DAC_DESIGN Data Access Committee reserves the right to withhold granting access.

Studies are experimental investigations of a particular phenomenon, e.g., case-control studies on a particular trait or cancer research projects reporting matching cancer normal genomes from patients.
