Whole exome sequencing of paired primary tumor (PT) and hepatic metastasis (HM) of PDAC

This data set contains pair-end raw whole exome sequencing data of matched primary tumors (PT) and hepatic metastases (HM) of pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC). Eight tumor adjacent normal tissues (N) were also evaluated. In total, there are 30 specimens generated from 11 PDAC cases, including 8 PT-HM-N trios and 3 PT-HM paires.

Use policy of sequencing raw data

1. The use of the data only allowed after the approval of Ministry of Science and Technology of the People's Republic of China. 2. The use is allowed for health/medical/biomedical purposes; does not include the study of population origins or ancestry. 3. The use is limited to studies of cancer. 4. The use is limited to not-for-profit organizations. 5. The requestor must agree to collaboration with the primary study investigator(s). 6. The requestor must provide documentation of local IRB/ERB approval. 7. This requirement indicates that use is limited to use by approved users.
