single-cell RNA-Seq samples of CRC patients

The dataset contains samples of 11 CRC patients (2 samples for each patient, tumor and normal adjacent tissue site, 22 samples in total). Dataset is composed by fastq file (paired end) type from 10x single-cell RNA-Seq.

Personal Data Protection

The Istituto Europeo Oncologico's Data Access Policy is an established control put in place to ensure that data protection requirements are followed. It ensures that personally identifiable information in data made available in the IEO is kept from unauthorized users. IEO access control policies are in accordance with art. 13 General Regulation on Data Protection (EU Regulation 2016/679). The IEO requires that users obtain authorization from the Personal Data Protection Manager for accessing controlled data. Investigators who download unrestricted-access data should: - not attempt to identify individual human research participants from whom the data were obtained - acknowledge in all oral or written presentations, disclosures, or publications the specific dataset(s) or applicable accession number(s) and the data repositories through which the investigator accessed any data.

Studies are experimental investigations of a particular phenomenon, e.g., case-control studies on a particular trait or cancer research projects reporting matching cancer normal genomes from patients.
