TCRab sequencing of RCC patients

TCRab sequencing was performed on viable frozen tumor dissociated cells from three RCC patients. The raw data is available as fastq files.

The proposed research use must be consistent with the specific data use limitation for this study. Data use requests will be evaluated based on the Helsinki University Hospital ethics committee permit concerning the samples.
