Data access policy

Researchers seeking access to transcriptomic data must submit a formal data access application to the Data Access Committee. If the data access request is approved, the requesting researcher must sign a Data Sharing Agreement (DSA) with Imperial College London. The DSA outlines the terms and conditions for data access, including but not limited to data usage limitations, privacy protection, publication guidelines, and intellectual property rights.

Studies are experimental investigations of a particular phenomenon, e.g., case-control studies on a particular trait or cancer research projects reporting matching cancer normal genomes from patients.
