Oncoprint GSCCs
This dataset contains DNA sequencing data from 7 GSCCs (data for BT569 is not available). We performed focused exome sequencing (43 most mutated genes in GBM), combined with OneSeq analysis (Agilent) on the GSCCs and identified both shared and GSCC-specific mutations. For CME038, whole genome sequencing was performed.

The VIB-UZL Data Access Committee governs the access to human datasets that are subject to the GDPR and for which VIB and UZL are joint controllers.
Access to VIB-UZL human datasets is governed by a data access procedure. Entities or persons that want to have access to a dataset that is subject to the GDPR must fill in a data access request form which will be considered by the joint VIB-UZL Data Access Committee (DAC). The DAC will consider the research project for which access to the dataset is requested and check the original ICF under which the patient samples were collected and verify whether the goal of the proposed research is compatible with the patient’s consent. When access to a dataset is granted, a data transfer agreement will be made that will include the necessary conditions to ensure compliance with the GDPR.
Studies are experimental investigations of a particular phenomenon, e.g., case-control studies on a particular trait or cancer research projects reporting matching cancer normal genomes from patients.
