As the EGA is co-managed by the EMBL-EBI and CRG, files could be located in the UK and/or Spain, as indicated by their respective flags.

Alternatively, files could be located in one of the international Federated EGA nodes, as indicated next to the node's flag.

DETECT-A NGS Data Batch 6

This batch is a subset of the full DETECT-A dataset, containing 9 fastq files generated from 8 subjects. All sequencing was conducted using Illumina HiSeq 4000 and Illumina MiSeq platforms. Note that the division into batches follows no specific criteria and that the sequencing data for each subject has multiple files which may span multiple datasets. Thus, for a comprehensive analysis, it is recommended to request access to all datasets that comprise this study.

Data Access Policy for DETECT-A data

This policy refers to the DETECT-A datasets which have been submitted to the European Genome Archive (EGA) for the restricted access by legitimate academic institutions that have agreed to comply with the terms of a Data Access Agreement drafted by the Data Access Committee (DAC). There are a number of steps that a researcher must take to obtain access to these data. The process is overseen by the JHU/Geisinger DAC Committee. Please contact Dr. Adam Buchanan (detect@geisinger.edu) with questions or requests for access.

Studies are experimental investigations of a particular phenomenon, e.g., case-control studies on a particular trait or cancer research projects reporting matching cancer normal genomes from patients.
