Data access policy for data from UK

The consent provided by the individuals included in this dataset allows these data to be shared with bone-fide third parties for research that has the approval of the IMSGC data access committee. All of the subjects included in this data set have multiple sclerosis and were recruited in the UK. The only phenotype data provided with the genotypes are sex, year of birth, age and Age Related Multiple Sclerosis Severity (ARMSS) score.

Studies are experimental investigations of a particular phenomenon, e.g., case-control studies on a particular trait or cancer research projects reporting matching cancer normal genomes from patients.
