S3 controlled access

In order to access S3 genotype data you need to submit an analysis outline, the ethics application and approval document which covers the outlined analysis. If the application is approved by the S3 DAC, the S3 data access agreement (DAA) needs to be signed before data access.

Studies are experimental investigations of a particular phenomenon, e.g., case-control studies on a particular trait or cancer research projects reporting matching cancer normal genomes from patients.
