Policy describing terms and conditions for accessing data generated by the Parkinson's Families Project Study Group

The Parkinson's Families Projects Data Access Committee reviews all data requests for scientific merit of the proposed project prior to release of data. 1. The User agrees to only use the Data for the the purpose of the proposed research project. 2. The User agrees to preserve, at all times, the confidentiality of these Data and of the research participants. In particular, the User agrees not to link or combine these data to other information or archived data available in a way that could re-identify the research participants. 3. Access to the Data is reserved to Users who have been granted access by the Parkinson's Families Project Study Group. If the User wishes to share these Data with collaborators, the collaborators must complete a separate application for access.
