CGMH data sharing policy for the CGMH-OCCC-WES data

For users to access the CGMH-OCCC-WES data (tumor-normal paired fastq), we require users to submit a data access request that includes a proposed research use statement and a signed data use certification agreement. The data access request must be endorsed by the requesting Investigator’s IRB. The request will be reviewed by the Data Access Committee. 2. We only provide de-identified data. Re-identification of the provided data is strictly prohibited. 3. For scientific use of the data, please cite the primary publication derived from the dataset. 4. Commercial use of the data is not allowed.
