Poland Podlaskie Voivodeship WGS

This project used NGS (next generation sequencing), using Illumina NOVASEQ 6000 and Illumina DRAGEN aligner. The dataset includes BAM and BAM.BAI files from Whole Genome Sequencing of 12 samples (6 female, 6 male of Podlaskie Voivodeship, Poland from POPULOUS collection). Library Construction Protocol: Illumina DNA PCR-Free Prep, Tagmentation. Reference Genome: GRCh37.
