Expression quantitative trait loci influence DNA damage-induced apoptosis in cancer

Dataset with eQTL and e2QTL metadata. The analyses were performed using CD8+ T cells from 461 healthy European participants stimulated with high doses of 5 different carcinogens to induce early apoptosis. These include Methyl-methanesulfonate (MMS), tert-butyl-hydroperoxide (TBOOH), benzo(a)pyrene-7,8-diol-9,10-epoxide (BPDE), 4-hydroxycyclophosphamide (HC) and UVC radiation.

The raw data of this study are available from Inventum Genetics GmbH but restrictions apply to the availability of these data, which were used under license for the current study. Data are however available from the authors upon reasonable request and with permission of Inventum Genetics GmbH. Processed meta data of eQTL and e2QTL analyses can be requested without permission of Inventum Genetics GmbH.
