Human inflammatory cardiomyopathies following SARS-CoV2 infection and COVID-19 vaccination dataset
This dataset consists of transcriptome data of 25 human samples with myocarditis, thereof: 8 without COVID-19, 10 post COVID-19, 4 after COVID-19 vaccination and 3 with MIS-C (Multisystem Inflammatory Syndrome in Children, PIMS).
