Transcriptome - Uveal Melanomas MPI
Total RNA sequencing on 4 uveal melanoma samples. Libraries were prepared using the TruSeq Stranded Total RNA Library Prep Kit with Ribo-Zero Gold. Paired-end libraries (2 x 75 bp) were sequenced on HiSeq 4000 instrument (Illumina).

Treat20Plus Data Access Policy
The Treat20Plus project focused on generating deep NGS data (exome, low-coverage whole genome, whole genome bisulfite, and bulk RNAseq) from metastatic melanomas with the goal of providing a high quality resource enabling comprehensive molecular tumor analyses as well as the establishment of tumor computer models for identifying therapeutic targets and predicting drug sensitivities. Additional objectives include the use of the data generated to address bioinformatics and biological questions relevant to the study of metastatic melanoma, uveal melanoma in particular. We anticipate that data generated from the project will be used by others for further exploring the molecular basis of uveal melanoma guiding selection of biomarkers of disease aggressiveness and therapeutic targets. Authors who use data from the Treat20Plus project must acknowledge the project using the following wording "This study makes use of data generated by the Treat20Project funded by the Federal Ministry of Education and Research (Bundesministerium für Bildung und Forschung, grant number 031A512A “Treat20Plus”)” and cite the following publication: Integrative analysis of metastatic uveal melanoma uncovers epigenomic rewiring in enhancers activating oncogenic drivers; Risch et al. 2021, submitted) Note: we bear no responsibility for the further analysis or interpretation of these data, over and above that published by us in Risch et al. 2021, submitted.
Studies are experimental investigations of a particular phenomenon, e.g., case-control studies on a particular trait or cancer research projects reporting matching cancer normal genomes from patients.
