Combinatorial Tumor Suppressor Gene Targeting in pancreatic duct cells, Department of Experimental Surgery, Charité Universitätsmedizin, Berlin
Generation of novel, immortalized pancreatic duct epithelial cells through combinatorial CRISPR/Cas9 gene editing main driver genes. In-depth genomic signature confirmed gene editing and revealed deterministic structural changes from early to later passages. Purpose: The purpose of the study is to generate long-read sequencing data to analyze structural variants in primary duct cell lines at two distinct evolutionary time points (passage 10 and 25).
