Whole-genome and exome data from individuals diagnosed with multiple primary melanomas in Australia
This dataset contains whole-genome and exome from 66 individuals diagnosed with five (or more) cutaneous melanomas in Australia. Each sample was sequenced on teh illumina platform. Generated sequence reads were aligned against version 18 of the human reference genome.
