Neuroblastoma cell-lines and healthy cfDNA used for the benchmarking study
This dataset comprises nine neuroblastoma cell lines used to construct the reference matrix for the RRBS-CL dataset in the corresponding benchmarking study. In addition, it includes one extra neuroblastoma cell line and a pooled cfDNA sample from multiple donors, which were used to generate the in silico mixtures. All the samples were profiled using DNA methylation sequencing.

Applicability This policy applies to the access to and transfer of VIB research datasets that contain non-anonymous Personal Data which are subject to the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679. Access/transfer conditions - The access/transfer is subject to approval by the VIB Data Access Committee. - The proposed research purpose should not be incompatible with the primary research purpose for which the data were originally generated. - The Recipient shall have the necessary competence to handle such datasets. - The Recipient shall have in place adequate safeguards for the protection of Personal Data. - Access is subject to a Data Transfer/Access Agreement which will be managed by VIB Innovation & Business. - The Data Transfer/Access will be limited to the Data that are necessary for the proposed research. Access/transfer procedure - Requests to access or obtain non-anonymous datasets should be submitted to dac@vib.be with a copy to the responsible scientist that has uploaded the dataset onto the repository. - The Requestor must fill in an online request form that will gather amongst other the following information: o Name, affiliation (legal entity) and contact information of the requesting recipient party. o Reference to the specific dataset(s) for which access or transfer is requested. o Description of the research purpose for which the data will be used. - The VIB Data Access Committee will take a decision to approve access/transfer within 14 days upon receipt of the request, involving the responsible scientist. - Data access will be given / Data will be transferred subject to and after completion of a Data Transfer/Access Agreement.
Studies are experimental investigations of a particular phenomenon, e.g., case-control studies on a particular trait or cancer research projects reporting matching cancer normal genomes from patients.
