This submission contains de-identified sequenced data of precancer lesions from Lynch patients. Approval of the data access committee is needed for all researchers, consortia and institutions that want to use this data for their research. Applicants need to provide their contact details and affiliation, a description of the project they plan to do with the data and demonstrate their expertise on their field. A Data Access Agreement will govern the terms on which access will be granted.
Studies are experimental investigations of a particular phenomenon, e.g., case-control studies on a particular trait or cancer research projects reporting matching cancer normal genomes from patients.
