scRNA and V(D)J sequencing of WM under ibrutinib

Access to this dataset is restricted and will be granted only to qualified researchers for biomedical research purposes. The data consist of human single-cell RNA sequencing (5′ gene expression) and single-cell immune repertoire sequencing (B-cell receptor and T-cell receptor) generated from bone marrow mononuclear cells of patients with Waldenström macroglobulinemia undergoing ibrutinib monotherapy. Approved users may use the data solely for non-commercial biomedical research, including studies of cancer biology, immunology, and treatment response. Data access requests must include a clear research proposal and evidence of appropriate ethical approval or exemption, where applicable. Users must not attempt to re-identify study participants, must not share the data with unauthorized parties, and must comply with all relevant data protection regulations. Any secondary use of the data must be consistent with the scope of this policy and subject to approval by the Data Access Committee (DAC).
