Bulk RNA-seq (FASTQ) – melanoma samples

This dataset comprises raw FASTQ files from bulk RNA sequencing of metastatic melanoma lymph node samples collected from patients with differential responses to immune checkpoint inhibitor therapy. RNA was extracted from tumour tissue, enriched for polyadenylated transcripts, and libraries were prepared using standard Illumina protocols. Sequencing was performed on an Illumina platform to generate high-quality paired-end reads. The dataset includes multiple patient samples with associated clinical annotations, enabling analysis of tumour-intrinsic transcriptional programs linked to immunotherapy response and resistance.

Controlled Access Policy for Melanoma Immunotherapy Resistance Dataset

Access to this dataset is controlled and granted by the Data Access Committee (DAC) in accordance with participant consent, institutional policies, and applicable ethical and legal frameworks. The dataset comprises genomic, transcriptomic, and associated clinical data derived from human melanoma samples, including bulk RNA sequencing, single-cell RNA sequencing, and T cell receptor sequencing data. Data will be made available to qualified researchers for bona fide scientific research purposes. Access requests must include a clear research proposal, evidence of appropriate institutional approvals (e.g. Human Research Ethics Committee approval or equivalent), and confirmation of secure data storage and handling procedures.
