Single-cell RNA-seq (10x) – melanoma samples

This dataset comprises raw FASTQ files generated from single-cell RNA sequencing of metastatic melanoma lymph node samples using the 10x Genomics Chromium platform. Single-cell suspensions were prepared from tumour tissues, and libraries were constructed using 5′ or 3′ gene expression kits following the manufacturer’s protocol. Sequencing was performed on an Illumina platform to obtain high-throughput single-cell transcriptomic profiles. The dataset includes samples from patients with differing responses to immune checkpoint inhibitor therapy, enabling characterisation of tumour-resident immune cell populations and tumour–immune interactions associated with treatment response and resistance.

Controlled Access Policy for Melanoma Immunotherapy Resistance Dataset

Access to this dataset is controlled and granted by the Data Access Committee (DAC) in accordance with participant consent, institutional policies, and applicable ethical and legal frameworks. The dataset comprises genomic, transcriptomic, and associated clinical data derived from human melanoma samples, including bulk RNA sequencing, single-cell RNA sequencing, and T cell receptor sequencing data. Data will be made available to qualified researchers for bona fide scientific research purposes. Access requests must include a clear research proposal, evidence of appropriate institutional approvals (e.g. Human Research Ethics Committee approval or equivalent), and confirmation of secure data storage and handling procedures.

Studies are experimental investigations of a particular phenomenon, e.g., case-control studies on a particular trait or cancer research projects reporting matching cancer normal genomes from patients.
