scRNAseq of T-cells from two responders to high-dose ipilimumab

ScRNAseq of CD3 T-cells isolated from post-treatment bladder tissue from 2 samples from the NABUCCO 1 trial. Paired-end RNAsequencing was used on the Illumina NovaSeq 6000 sequencing platform.
