WGS and RNA-seq data of PC9 erlotinib-resistant and sensitive cell lines

This dataset contains whole genome sequencing (WGS) and RNA sequencing (RNA-seq) FASTQ files from two PC9 NSCLC cell lines: erlotinib-resistant (PC9-ER-R) and erlotinib-sensitive parental (PC9-ER-S). A total of 4 paired-end FASTQ file pairs were generated using Illumina NovaSeq 6000, comprising 2 WGS and 2 RNA-seq libraries. Data were generated to investigate RAF1 ecDNA-mediated acquired erlotinib resistance mechanisms.

NSCLC PC9 erlotinib RAF1 Data Access Policy

Access to this dataset is restricted to researchers conducting non-commercial academic research related to cancer genomics and drug resistance mechanisms. Requestors must submit a research proposal outlining the intended use of the data. Data must not be shared with third parties without prior approval from the DAC.
