RNA-sequencing on CTRL and SCA7 hiPSC-derived neural cells

This dataset contains the RNA-sequencing data of 5 samples (5 lines consisting of hiPSC-derived neural cells). Two are control lines and thee are SCA7 lines. Of each line we have either two or three technical replicates.

Controlled access required because the study concerns linked phenotype and genotype data from human subjects which should not be traced back to the donors. Citation plus acknowledgement will be required.
