Access to the DoCTIS project data

DoCTIS is the acronym for the EU-funded project entitled “Decision on Combinatorial Therapies in Immune-Mediated diseases using Systems approaches” (grant agreement 848028). DoCTIS is a multicentric project involving diverse basic, applied and clinical international research centres, and is aimed at improving treatment efficacy in six Immune-Mediated Inflammatory Diseases (IMIDs). These IMIDs encompass Crohn’s disease, ulcerative colitis, rheumatoid arthritis, systemic lupus erythematosus, psoriasis and psoriatic arthritis. Through the generation of high volumes of data using high-throughput technologies on samples from well-characterized IMID patients, and the use of advanced systems biology analytical approaches, we aim to identify therapeutic combinations that are much more efficacious and safer than the current single-drug approaches. Access to the sequence data produced by the DoCTIS Consortium is controlled by the DoCTIS Data Access Committee (DAC). Access to data will be granted to qualified investigators for appropriate use. Please email sara.marsal@vhir.org request data access to request data access.

Studies are experimental investigations of a particular phenomenon, e.g., case-control studies on a particular trait or cancer research projects reporting matching cancer normal genomes from patients.
