  The Atrial Fibrillation Genetics Consortium (AFGen) was organized to identify common and rare genetic variation associated with atrial fibrillation risk. In the current study, we have performed whole genome sequencing in cases with early-onset atrial fibrillation. Samples in this study were enrolled as a part of the Partners HealthCare Biobank. Cases with early-onset atrial fibrillation were identified from the Biobank (defined as atrial fibrillation onset prior to 61 years and in the absence of structural heart disease).

  The primary objective of the NCI-CLARITY study is to establish a biospecimen repository for genomic, genetic and epigenetic analysis to study the biology of primary liver cancer (PLC) development and progression. Secondary objectives include predicting overall and progression-free survival following immunotherapy. In the retrospective phase, anonymous archival tissue from PLC patients was obtained from five participating sites.   This study performed exome sequencing on a proband with Brugada Syndrome, as well as high-density SNP array data from the proband, affected family members, and unaffected family members. The principal findings of this study were the identification of GPD1L-A280V as the only plausible variant present in a linkage region on chromosome 3, which co-segregated with the Brugada Syndrome phenotype in this family. This study involves RNA sequencing (RNA-seq) of newly diagnosed GBM patients treated with concurrent atezolizumab, radiation therapy, and temozolomide. By analyzing RNA-seq data from 39 tumors, the study aims to explore tumor transcriptomic features, including immune-based transcriptomic programs and immune infiltration, to understand their influence on PD-L1 blockade treatment efficacy and to identify which patients may benefit more from such therapy.
