Comparing the CUT&Tag profiles of ZFHX4 and H3K27ac provided insights into epigenetic landscapes in mDANs and revealed whether ZFHX4 exhibits patterns similar to the active transcription mark H3K27ac. Finally, enrichment analysis of the identified peaks highlighted potential primary targets of ZFHX4 in mDANs.
