The study involves ribosome profiling and RNAseq of medulloblastoma tissues and cell lines to observe the translation of non-canonical ORFs. Multiple CRISPR-Cas9 screens will be used to identify functional non-canonical ORFs implicated in medulloblastoma cell survival.
