Study Description

Myxofibrosarcoma (MFS) is a common histological subtype of adult soft tissue sarcoma characterized by an infiltrative growth pattern and a high propensity for local recurrence. We underwent whole exome sequencing, RNA sequencing, and methylation analysis of MFS.
