Study Description
Primary patient pediatric brain tumors from patients treated at SJCRH were implanted and amplified only in the brain of immunocompromised mice without tissue culture steps and referred as patient-derived orthotopic xenografts (Smith et al, Acta Neuropathologica, 2020).
