scRNA-seq to analyse the influence of different culture conditions on gene expression of duodenum organoids

We used scRNA-seq to analyse the influence of different culture conditions, including conventional medium (HOM), an ingredient-reduced culture medium containing only EGF, Noggin and R-spondin (ENR), and ENR with Wnt3A addback (ENR+Wnt3A) on the gene expression of duodenum organoids.
