Single nuclei were acquired from six frozen mCRPC biopsies (4 lymph node, 2 liver metastases) obtained from consenting patients treated at the Royal Marsden Hospital between 2018 and 2023 under an institutional review board approved research protocol (Research Ethics Committee approval number: 04/Q0801/60).
