Brazilian Genomes

We generated 2,723 high-coverage whole-genome sequences of Brazilian population from the country’s five geographical regions. This diverse group encompasses individuals from urban and rural settings (including riverine communities) and represents various ethnic backgrounds, including Afro-Brazilians.
